The folks we're buying off have had an offer accepted on a vacant property...
Now they have to pack, we have to pack, their insurers have to sort out a claim for the damp in the living room (their allegedly wonderful electro-osmotic damp course clearly ISN'T) and get it fixed to the satisfaction of our mortgage people, and we're well away!
