BT f*** up AGAIN

In the event that anyone might need to call me today, use the mobile until BT have extracted their head from their arse, please.

We are changing the house line from an ISDN2 to a straight PSTN line on Feb 11th.
In their infinite wisdom, BT have ceased service on the line this morning.

I commiserate, given my own Ma Bell fiasco this week. I did, however, get a nearly $60 credit out of them for it.
