Skype extend SkypeOut to allow calling 800 numbers. Even better, you don't have to sign up to SkypeOut to use 'em!

While 18866 have a new offer where if you come in through a computer (like Skype does) instead of using an ordinary phone, you can call UK landlines completely free of charge. Not even the 2p set-up fee.
