The place we're after charges per apartment, not per person. The apartment goes for £422 - HOWEVER, lastminute.com insists on working things out per person (even when it's not), and rounding in its favour.
Hence....
If we take James, they charge £422.01 (£140.67 each)
If we mysteriously acquire a second child, we save a penny!
At this point I got suspicious, and wondered what would happen if, say, we asked
oreouk,
demoneyes and Alex to join us... The individual cost is £70.34, and they cost us an extra thrupence!!
