In the dark recesses of my mind, I have a memory of watching this specific film as a teenager. I have spent several hours scouring imdb and the bfi with no luck. I just can't find it. This is what I know (unfortunately, from a crap memory):
* I think it was between 1985 and 1989
* Its a low-budget monster flick
* I'm pretty sure it was set in London
* Its killing people, left right and centre
* The police are after it
* Its like a black humanoid figure
* It has a huge mouth and even bigger teeth
* I think it can swim underwater
* At the end, I think there is two of them
