I got Cassandra back...

fleetfootmikeFor those who don't know, Cassandra is my favourite acoustic guitar. She was propped against a chair a few weeks back, and like an idiot I moved the chair without thinking, and she landed on her back, and the neck parted company from the body.
I'd have been more gutted if I didn't have the utmost faith in Jon Haire, my local guitar tech. He fixed her once before, when a flash of manufacturing genius ("duh, lets glue the bridge to the lacquer, not the bare wood") caused the bridge to lift off the body, and I strongly suspect that similar genius has exacerbated the neck/body joint problem.
I picked her up today: 90 quid for a repair, complete setup, restring, action adjustment and fret dress. Blind, I wouldn't know it was the same guitar. It plays and sounds like an absolute DREAM.
