So, in the best tradition of my previous employer, I gave them a puzzle to solve.

I share a birthday (but not year) with someone very famous. His memorable quote was made a LONG way from home, and according to most versions of the story, he didn't say /quite/ what he planned to say.

Another famous speech started the process that sent him there. I was born in the year the man who made it was killed.

Happy belated b-day. And ... I think I liked the puzzle best because I KNEW both of the players. (Didn't know the dates -- for that matter didn't know the year -- but to learn that I think I'd have only had to walk about a mile and a half to where he gave it.)

You did hear that within the last year or so, someone analyzed the recording and decided that the "a" actually was there, right? (And that's why you said "most"?)
