Quite. Who's going to be dumb enough (*) to believe MS could make a patch that was only 4.5k? Now were it 45 or even 450 MB it might be more plausible... :-)

Or dumb enough to believe that it's the last update? I'm getting dozens of these -- since MS don't know that I have any copies of MS software, however (I do have legal copies but I've never registered them with MS) I can and do safely bin anything saying that it comes from MS (I see the traces in procmail.log though).
