fleetfootmikeBack from my birthday surprise vacation, which turned out to be a few days at an utterly glorious hotel in Weem, near Aberfeldy, in Scotland.
Distillieries visited: 5 (Glen Goyne, Aberfeldy (Dewar's), Blair Atholl (Bell's), Edradour, Glen Turret (Famous Grouse)).
Single Malts Bought: 4 (Glen Goyne 21, Aberfeldy 10, Edradour 12, Glen Turret 12)
Single Malts Sampled (and now on the shopping list): Inchgower 12, Mortlach 12, Springbank 10, Glen Turret 10 (very different to the 12 - much paler, crisper), Clynelish 12 (aka Brora)
Food eaten: far too much
Weight gained: about half a stone
