Of PowerBooks and Power Supplies
My much-loved G3 PowerBook threw a tantrum this afternoon: to be precise its PSU packed up, leaving me with 2 hours of battery charge, and then oblivion.
My life would appear to have been saved by VIS Apple Parts and Repairs, who have a nice little eBay store, and not only do new PSU's for £20, ship the same day, on receipt of credit card details over the phone.
Colour me impressed. And relieved.
