I think the closest I can come to that was the time on the M25 when I turned on the windscreen wipers only to get an "electrical burning" smell and smoke starting to come out of the steering column, alarmingly close to certain parts of my anatomy... I'm not sure about "many words" but those uttered were certainly both 'inappropriate for younger ears' and with feeling! :-)
