An email meme circulating, which I've now received two copies of, and seems to be not too daft an idea.

Basically it's a pointer to this suggestion: put your emergency contact details in your mobile under 'ICE' for In Case of Emergency.

I've done it on two of my three PDAs so far, may or may not do the other (less-used) one, and need to have a quiet five minutes struggling with the phone.
