It's an odd morning

For some reason it's very very quiet today. djbp and I had a four seat table to ourselves on the WAGN train from Peterborough to King's Cross at 6.23, and kept it till London, which is very very rare - normally the hordes at Huntingdon and St.Neots put paid to that.

And I could have had my CHOICE of seats on the Victoria Line train from KX to Victoria, which is positively unheard of.

Dunno whether it's the same round your way, but the schools down my road all had their last day of term yesterday, which would make today the first day of the school holidays. There might be a connection, perhaps?
