Can I just say...

I look like I've gone several rounds with Mike Tyson. My right eye (the one I actually use) is considerably less red and mostly de-gunked, but my left is half-shut, bloodshot and cruddy.
For those wondering - I had a cataract operation on my right eye two years ago, which moved its lens prescription from -18 dioptres (ridiculously myopic) to -2 (can use computer without glasses). My left is still at -16, and the glasses I wear only correct the right eye, so having a gunky right eye - not fun.
I shall not be online much today - while I can see to work, the left eye is disctracting enough I can't do it for long periods of time.
