Next targets:
Weight doesn't start with an 18 any more (in 0.5 lbs time)
250 lbs (in 2 lbs time)
40 lbs lost (in 3 lbs time)
3 stone lost (in 5 lbs time)
17 1/2 st (in 7 lbs time)
Motivational milestones are good...
