Anne - Hotlips and Hawkeye at the end of MASH - for those who've been following along, this should come as no surprise.
Me - another toughie. Going with Inara/Mal in Firefly when she thinks he's dead... and Inara's reaction when she thinks Mal's guessed what happened afterwards

Day 21 - Favorite ship

Anne - Buffy/Angel
Me - it just has to be Xena/Gabrielle: even if you only define it as a very deep friendship, it's a great pairing, and it's made the funnier by the level of knowing tease perpetrated by cast and writers.

Rather usefully, whichever way one reads the question one's answer can include the TARDIS... =:o}

But at the moment my answer is Chuck/Sarah. Boringly heteronormative and canonical, I know, but I just don't see Chuck ever going for it even if Casey did offer. =:o}
