I've been wanting to do a proper Boston Butt on my smoker. My local butcher reckon they know how to cut the joint, but the amount of meat it would produce has put me off so far.
I take it that - if I get it right - a foil tray of pulled pork wouldn't go unappreciated in the Whitaker household? I believe it also freezes quite well.
