Diet progress
May. 15th, 2003 09:11 am(thank you for asking :))
I've been largely stuck around 17st 9 lb (247 lb) for much of the early part of 2003. Started again in earnest on May 1 (we had April off the diet due to PODS show, Easter).
Current weigt 17st 2 lb (240 lb), which is 3 1/2 stone since I started on Aug 1 2002, and 1/2 stone since May 1.
Upcoming targets - having lots of targets is great motivation, I found.
17 st 1 lb (50 lb lost since Aug 1)
16 st 13.5 lb (weight doesn't start with 17 any more).
16 st 13 lb (10 lb lost since May 1)
16 st 9 lb (4 st lost)
16 st 6 lb (230 lbs)
16 st 5 lb (60 lb lost since Aug 1)
16 st 3 lb (20 lb lost since May 1)
16 st 2 lb (4 1/2 st lost)
The one I'm really looking forward to is
15st 9 lb (5 st lost, under 100kg)
Target weight is around 14 st, but we'll review progress around the 100kg mark and see how much more I need to lose.
