[ ] 15 st 3 lb (1 st since Jan 5 2004)
[ ] 15 st 2 lb (5 1/2 st since Aug 1 2002, 15 lb since Jan 5 2004)

Oh, and I now weigh less than 75% of what I did on Aug 1 2002.
